I saw that, what is a bit puzzling is that that bi-metallic type usually doesn't vaporize when shorted, the can usually survives. I looked at another cushion I have (but it may be a 9K) and it has the newer style...and the 92 has the newer style dash control which I believe is a controller and not a rheostat like the older models. So I'm trying to figure this out. I also have an earlier lower cushion that has the can, I don't think they 'mix and match'. And.....I could be wrong!
Also...The earlier Can style seats only have 2 leads going to the lower cushion. The later ones have 4 or 5 leads going to the lower cushion.
