Hello,
So you probably have 2 separate issues due to the way the vacuum is run in the car. If you took out the grill for the drivers side speaker you should be able to see were the turbo gauge vacuum line connects to the cluster. That vacuum line runs next to the expansion tank for the coolant and into the drivers side of the firewall.
The vents are a little harder to get too. If the radio and radio cage are removed there is a contraption with 8 or so vacuum lines that slides onto the back of the air distribution knob area and then a clip slides over it to hold it to the air distribution selector knob. That vacuum line enters the firewall on the passenger side. All the other lines on the contraption are to the various vents to move them so the air is distributed were it is directed. If the contraption is attached a single line to one of those vents could be off and would be harder to find. Good Luck, Bernie
