That was EXACTLY the problem! I went out a while ago to look at it again, and the funny bolt with the Teflon sleeve had come out on that side! I had to remove the upper and lower rear seats and then the side panel to get at where the bolt fell. I was able to get a magnet in there and retrieve the bolt and nut. The bolt has a sort of cam on it and I could see where it was previously located and put it back in that orientation. It's all back together and working fine!
