like kevin said, it will take money. i have a 90 900s and have spent a lot of time making lower price changes and comparing results. without getting into the head and engine block, about all you can do is intake and exhaust mods. i altered my intake to make a straighter run into the throttle body, and replaced the exhaust system with one from a 2.1l engine (but you already have that). i noticed a difference, but it wasn't a lot. i have now decided to build a turbo engine and transplant. i figured i have the time to budget and plan so i can do it right. and keep the car i have grown to love. but that's just me. sorry there isn't much more to offer. good luck.
