THere is an adjustment screw in the back of the metering flap. If it hasn't ever been tampered with before then there may be a cover over it that you have to drill out. I beleive the adjusting screw is a 4mm? hex (allen) type. I don't know for sure I just have a long screwdriver type wrench, it's sold as a CIS or K-Jetronic adjustment tool. I however strongly recommend NOT screwing around with it. Can really make your car run like poop. Unless you have the right metering tools to see the mixture. There is a SAAB tool called a pulsrelations meter that you plug into the empty plug near the fuse box to see what the o2 sensor is doing. Well, good luck. Maybe you could find a book on modifying Bosch K-jet systems?
