I have the same car you do and my interior was burgundy and I changed it to black and white. One of a kind. (NOW, TWO OF A KIND!...WILL POST PICS ON MY WEBSITE..http://www.geocities.com/lt5601) you need leather prep to condition the seats. (not vinyl prep) then you can use the leather/vinyl dye by VHT, duplicolor or Marhyde. But you must prep the seats properly or you would be wasting your time, paint and money. In fact, it will be on you back when you get up! The panels you won't have any trouble with any vinyl prep will do. I recomend a flat dye or satin finish, (when you polish the seats they will look more natural) when you dye the seats do lite coats then let it dry and go over the seats repeatedly until you're satisfied with the results. Then follow up with leather conditioner liberally to put moisture back into the seats to prevent them from cracking. You might have to do this for a couple of days depending on how heavy a coat you put on the seats. Any questions drop me a line.
