Look at the outlet end of the muffler, bad to rust out. Check for oil leaks in both the steering and engine; look at main seal on engine. If the car has been setting for a long time the steering cylinder will start leaking and the seal on the power steering pump will leak also.
Make sure thr turbo has good boost, and make sure the cooling system fans work. Turn the AC on and make sure one of the fans kicks on.
Not a lot of miles but the car still has age on it, if you like working on cars you can build it into a nice ride; take your time one project at a time.
Good luck
