Mods to my SPG include
G-6 APC, RRFPR, air ducts, Nology Wires, T3/4 hybrid turbo, HKS BOV
The results, my car accelerates exactly the same as my bro's 98 900 SET which is stock. The problem is, is that I have 50% compression in at least 2 cylinders, running 7-8 PSI MAX & were were the same.
My car feels like a DOG now but when it was running at 100%, it must of done 14.something in the 1/4 mi. The 5.7L camaro 5 speeds would pull me Oh so slightly & I think they do about a 14 flat.
& yes, I have been through 6 or 7 trannies with a modified 4 speed waiting for it's turn when SPG9 gets my motor finished. The trans is built to the same quality standards as the shifts i "try" to sell :o) It's also suppose to be good for a honest 300-350 HP vs low 200's for the 5 speeds. There is also a tweeked 900t running around in Sweden who does 12.9 sec 1/4 mi times with the 4 speed/shifter combo, & who knows how much HP >:o)
