Hey Boris, Well I must first say that I know how diffuicult it can be to find these things here in the south east(I live in southern Georgia) and anytime I see one I want to try and figure a way to get it but that's a whole nother story. You say that the person wants $6,800 for this thing but I say offer them 20% less than that. Shall we say, $5,500 or so. I saw a car as you just described a few months back in Dallas, TX. It was a 91 Turbo model and convertible, with about the same amount of miles on the clock. It had a new top and it didn't have an once of rust. It too was black with the full body kit. Great condition. I would have bought it except I was on vacation at the time and the wife would'nt here of it. she hates SAAB's. Anyhow it was selling for $5,600. I thought that was a fair price. Hope this helps..
