Don't blow your fuse.
Try removing the passenger side front speaker grille. There is the blower motor. At this point pray that it isn't the problem, because if it is the dash has to come out to replace it. Make sure the wire isn't shorting out on anything. Try unpluging it from the blower motor and see if you are getting juice to it with a voltmeter.(make sure you put a good fuse in first) If you are getting power and the fuse isn't blowing with the motor unplugged, the motor is bad. If the fuse still blows with the motor unplugged, your problem is a bit further upstream. Did you just get a new stereo? Often times installers bang around the wires while installing stereos. To check this out, you need to remove the facia. Its not that difficult, but it helps to have a manual. Basically you remove steering wheel, and most of the buttons and switchs in the dash, then you remove 4 unequal legnth scres from below the dash and it comes out. I don't really want to get into writing it all out, so it this is the route you have to go, email me and I'll try to help you out.
