Just went through this. I got a post from Tom T. He said check all the hoses to the filler neck first. Pop off the fuel pump cover. Make sure it is not leaking at the o-rings or the elbows or hoses. If this all checks out, it may be the vent tube (rigid plastic) from the tank to the charcoal canister. That is what mine was. The car was repaired 8 yrs ago and they melted/damaged a 1" section of this tube. Disconnect it from teh charcoal canister and from the rubber hose on the one way valve and verify that it is not leaking. (Remove the floor panel, Peel back the carpet on the right side, there are 2 8mm bolt hexes about 2/3 the way up. Remove these and the check valve will drop down. Remove the hose and test.)
