There's no significant problem driving with the PS system leaking (other than the puddle of fluid on the floor). It won't get better by itself, and may get worse over time as things continue to wear. The PS may get less effective and you'll need more muscle to turn the wheel. Just tighten the clamps and fittings to minimize the leaks. You may be looking at a new rack in the future.
