HI,
I live in Europe (and don't know if you have H4's), but I think that you could get problems with too much heat, and of course the wiring.
In Europe you can buy some kind of "premium H4's" which are 55/60W, but deliver 30% more light (and really work). The disadvantage is shortened life by also 30%.
