Mike,
Is the transmission noisy when it is in gear? Is it always a problem to get into gear? I would guess that you may just need a new front motor mount. What may be happening is that the front of the transmission is setting low causing a bit of misalignment in the shift mechanism. Inspect the front mount and see if it is mostly centered in the ring. If it is cracked and hanging low (probable with 200kmi), you should replace it. You will notice an improvement.
