CRf = 1 + [Vs*(CRi-1)]/[Vs - Vm*(CRi-1)]
CRf = final CR
CRi = initial CR
Vs = Stroke volume ( bore area times stroke)
Vm = volume lost due to head machining
Vm is some percent of : (bore area times thickness removed)
and can be estimated based on observation of chamber shape.
