In my experience - and others from this site (previous postings) have confirmed this - inj.cleaning additives are very much as useful as an ashtray on a motorbike; you are wasting your money there!
To clean injectors and restore proper engine performance, there is no way obviating pulling them up and go through for example this very efficient but messy/risky procedure:
It is best undertaken at low temperature and far away from any ignition source, since it will be spraying ½ litre of fuel-mist...! But, it is very effective, and it cost you only the fuel, which of course can be re-used for cleaning-purposes or the like...
1) Disconnect ignition-coil
2) Pull out all four injectors, on their fuel-hoses, and fit them into a bucket placed stably on the engine somewhere...
3) Unscrew/lift off the boot/airduct over the air-filter-box, in order to make accessible the fuel-regulating air-meter plate
4) With a piece of wire, now short/connect terminals 30 and 87 in the fuse-box (- you'll have to try both 30's, you will want to hear the fuel-pump hissing constantly). Now, I am not entirely sure here, but almost: Before connecting the two terminals, the start-key should be in the run position.
5) As soon as you start to lift (- maybe you will need a magnet to hold the plate) the air-metering plate, fuel will spray from the injectors, and more so the higher you lift the plate.
While you do this, you watch individual spray-patterns from the injectors; a conical and regular shape is what you want, and if you do not observe this initially, lifting plate entirely for max fuel-spray for as long as it takes will clean the injectors and restore the original mist-pattern. If not, something else in the fuel-line could be failing, or you may need new injectors.
Good luck
Mike
