You can check to see if the hoses are leaking by spraying some fuel injection cleaner on each hose while the car is running. When the cleaner hits a leaking hose, the idle will jump up for a second as the engine burns the solvent.
I had one hose that was leaking that I just could not get to seal. My hoses looked a lot like yours--swollen up like a balloon. I ended up replacing all of them. To remove the hoses, take the intake hose off of the throttle plate, clamp the two water hoses near the throttle and remove them. Then remove the two support brackets on either side of the manifold, loosen the clamps on the intake runners and pull the intake off. I kept the throttle cable and throttle position switch on and just let the intake hang there.
I did not have any luck finding any alternate hose supplier. You can't use radiator hose, because the gasoline attacks the rubber. I've been told that fuel filler hose would work, but I couldn't find any the right size at the local parts store.
The hoses are about $30 each (!!) at the dealer, so you might want to search for an alternate harder than I did.
Possibly, if the leak is small and between the hose and the pipe, you could use some type of form-a-gasket on it to seal the interface.
An interesting note was that after I fixed the problem, it took my fuel injection computer a couple of minutes to figure out the mixture was now rich enough to cut back on the fuel delivery. Until that happened the idle was about 1800 RPM.
