On the highway the other day, look at my radar detector and not powered.I touch the plug at the cig. lighter socket and it's very warm to the touch.Pull it out and inside socket is glowing.Plug it back in and it powers up for one second and then shuts off.Plugged it in today and it operated fine.Any ideas? Thanks in advance for your help. John
