Why blame the alarm system? A battery going flat can be due to many things. Check all lights are off (including the one in the trunk). Check the battery connections and alternator output. Maybe they are marginal and it was a case of "three drives and you are out". If you must disable the alarm system, check the fuse boxes as they should identify which fuse(s) to pull. I don't know your model year well enough to know if pulling the fuse would disable the car - some more recent alarm systems immobilize the car if the alarm system is not powered up.
