205/55-15 is the "correct" tires size and possibly your best option, but it is an unusal size making them harder to find and usually a bit more expensive. 205/50-15 will be a bit lower profile and will give you a bit better handling, but at the expense of some speedometer error, a numerically taller final drive, and they might not fill up the wheel wells as nicely. You might want to avoid this option since you mentioned that you have a non-turbo gearbox which I think has a numerically taller final drive. ie you'd be spinning even more RPM at a given speed. 195/60 is fine, but a bit taller and narrower so you will loose some handling. They are usually cheaper. I guess it's just a matter of compramises like anything else. The brand and type of tire will impact handling much more than the diference between these sizes.
