The cruise control vacuum pump is located under the hood on the passenger side under the aquarium cover (near the evaporator). The electronic module is located in the lower dash almost directly above the steering column. The lower dash cover has to be removed to get to it. Even then, it is not clearly visible without pulling down the mounting plate to which it is attached. It is an aluminum box that is about 4" L X 2.5" W X 1" thick. Trace the wires from the pedal cut out switch and you will find it. It is very awkward on work on in the car since you have to be upside down in the floor well to get a good shot at it.
