Some people have found that the rattle was coming from the sunroof cable guides between the headliner and the roof. These copper tubes go from the motor area to each side of the sunroof and contain the cable that moves the sunroof forwards and backwards. Try searching on "sunroof" and "rattle" and see what you get.
A summary of the solution is to remove the headliner, wrap the tubes with duct tape so that they don't vibrate, and then put the headliner back.
