The price for the part it self is like $99, from Sobstory. Replaced it on my 94CS this past February. Ended up getting a new cat converter too because I couldn't get the studs out of the loose flange on the old cat. When I tried to hammer it out, I broke the loose flange in half, which rendered the cat useless. The old cat was otherwise in excellent condition. But a new cat is only $99 too. I took the opportunity to replace the bolts, nuts and washer to all stainless steel to save myself some swearing next time around.

If you are not inclined to do it yourself, I'd say it is not a bad price.
