I didn't get either my lights or my E-codes from a dealer in WA, though. My lights came with little plugs that go onto the H4 bulbs, they have spring loaded terminals, so you just strip a inch or so of the stock headlights wires and put them into the H4 plugs (put the wire through the rubber gasket on the reflector, first!). I would think most places that sell E-code light assemblies should have these handy plugs.
As for the harness, I got mine from Competition Limited. A person handy with electrical stuff could easily make their own for less money, but I didn't want to hassle with it, and this one is very nice. They also sell bulbs at very good prices. The only problem is, the harness comes with H4 connectors preattached, and there's no way you are getting that through the rubber seal (don't they know this??) Not sure if they expect folks to just leave the seal off the back of their lights or what.. So, it's a good thing I had the removeable H4 connectors, still.
