Hey man thanks for your help thus far. Today I had a nice drive of about 45 minutes in my car, which really allowed me to assess my sound system. I found that a major difference was made when I turned on the LD mode on the headunit. This made the basslink actually audible above the rest of the speakers. I am finding that with the bass set on -2 I get extremely clear crisp sound from the speakers and the basslink hits the low notes. I turned the crossover up a bit to let more of the higher end notes come out. Ok questions now. What setting do you have the phase on 0 or 180? I am not sure what each setting means and not sure which is better. Also what about the gain and the bass boost. I am not sure how high to set those. I am not finding that the servo LED ever lights up am I doing something wrong? I am also hearing the thump from the sub when the head unit is first turned on. I think you say this is because it is attached to the headunit and not the amp like you have the second power wire is this true? Other than the tuning and just finding the settings I think this is a great unit and I really like that my speakers are so crisp I can hear on a guitar part the musician actually using the pick on each string. Very cool sound. Let me know what you think as any help would be great
