Well. Not an Aero owner but here goes, with head kept below parapet. The Aero seats are really lovely but some people find the back ones are hard to fold down flat, and seating five people isn't comfortable because of the extra shaping. Aero suspension is stiffer and lower because of the springs/dampers, though you can have Saab's "Sports" suspension on a CSE - mine came with it and the springs were Aero spec. Pretty sure the swaybars are all the same thickness (19mm) between CSE and Aero, over here in UK, anyway, but that one's up for discussion. Also in UK you will not necessarily find wood dash etc. in an Aero. Late models of CSE have the Aero body kit - and the 225bhp engine came with the last manuals too. And the "proper" Aero wheels with shiny rims and grey spokes were phased out over time. So it does depend a bit on year (and whether you like the wheels) and for mid-nineties cars you're probably getting quite a bit more with an Aero, while with a really late manual it probably comes down to the seats and the all-important "Aero" label on the rump!
