at most any good electrical/electronic store or you can make your own. go to hobby shop and purchase some of the K&M special telescopic tubing ( comes in 12 inch lemngths) try to get the size that closely fits the female and male pins cut off about 2 inches and slide over the pins/sockets and pull the wire out the back of the backshell. you will need to push the pin/socket as far forward as possible on to the tubing then hold the tubing/extrwctor tight into the shelland carefully pull out the wire. you will notice a little finger on the pin/socket. that is the retainer be careful to slightly bend out maybe 030 or less so when you reinsert the pin/socket it will lock in the shell
