Adolfo,
I agree entirely that eEuroparts have a great site, great parts-availability etc. The only thing which puts me off eEuroparts and almost ALL other US-based businesses is the fact that they use either UPS or Fedex to make their deliveries. The prices charged by US-based companies are very fair, but then the delivery companies add a MINIMUM of $45 US for deliveries outside of your country. That's what puts me off.
Example .... I needed a set of horn-buttons for my '93 9k CD. eEuroparts price was $18, not too bad. With delivery charges the price rose to an unacceptable $63 US. Traffic Shark (Shawn) heard of my plight via my moan on this board, he got the parts and POSTED them to me, total cost to me was $23 US, still quite acceptable.
I will NOT pay extortionate prices for delivery. When the various US-based companies realise that their preferred method of delivery is, in fact, a huge scam, and that they'd do better by offering a straight postage option for delivery, then the more business they'd get.
Steve.
