I've replaced both the upper mounts with polyurethane, as well as both of the lower hydraulic mounts with urethane, also. Still have the transmission mount original bushing in rubber in place. Yes, there is an increase in vibration, but I certainly do not find the frequency or intensity objectionable in any way. I'm certainly not one for an abusive ride, but the increase in vibration is negligable. I actually like the fact that there is a certain undertone when idling; it reminds you that there's something under the hood.
