Need to apply greater than atmospheric pressure to the clutch/brake hydraulic fluid reservoir to force fresh fluid through the system

Alternately can apply pressure to the bleed nipple coming off the slave and then force the new fluid up through the system. If this approach is used - loosen the union between master cylinder and gooseneck output tube.

pressure can be applied at the reservoir with a bicycle inner tube (need to clamp it on) or a garden sprayer (19.95 @ ace hardware) with appropriate home-made union (sold by eeuroparts, "Motive Brake bleeder")

pressure can be applied at the bottom by attaching appropriately size tubing to the loosened bleed nipple and then filling it up. Then lift the tub such that the top of the fluid column is higher than the master cylinder - the fluid will seek equilibrium which will flush the system.
