HELP, my 9000 won't start anymore !!

I have a 1992 Saab 9000 2.3l Turbo.
I cannot start car anymore. After messing around, I pulled spark plugs and could see fluid inside 1 cylinder.
I cranked motor and I had a spray of gas about 3ft high on 2 cylinders, if I keep cranking without plugs, gas gets sprayed out of plug holes a lot. Also my oil is contaminated with gasoline (it smells like), plus I can see dripping moisture with gas smell from exhaust pipe.
Looks like it's so flooded it won't be able to start.
I pulled fuel pump relay, let motor dry, re-installed plugs and car starts for few seconds then dies of starvation. If I re-insert relay, and pump runs, I am back from begin.

I was wondering if problem could be injection rail pressure regulator.

Any hint on what it could be ?

Motor has 180lbs compression almost even, on all 4 cylinders (in case somebody asks).
