Hi Shawn:

Glad you finally got your hands on the car. We exchanged email once before when you had questions (I too purchased a '95 CSE this year).

1) This could be check-valve related, either at the rear window, or down by the washer fluid resevoir. Here's an easy check. Remove the cover to the rear stop light (on the outside of the hatch) by simply removing the two screws. You'll see the hose running to the check valve -> rear window spray. Unplug the hose to the check valve and trigger the rear sprayer from the stalk inside the car. Does water come shooting out? If yes, then the check valve on the rear window is most likely clogged. Easy to clean or cheap to replace. If you do NOT get any water, than it could be a problem with the check valve near the washer resevoir. The easiest way to check these (unfortunately) is to jack the car up and remove the right front fender lining. That would be the place I start.

2) Check and/or remove the DRL fuse (I believe it is #31) located in the fuse box in the front passenger foot well. With this fuse pulled, on the '95 (and I think some other years) you will have the typical Saab lighting behavior (ie off is off, parking is parking, on is on when key is in the run position, and off when not).

3) Can't help on this one.

4) Check ebay, although I'm sure dealer can get ahold of one. However, there is not much info on the alarm. The only tidbit I found of interest was pressing the button in the dome light after turning off engine disable the internal movement sensor.

Hope this helps -

Rick
