Its not really my fan that is bugging me...that turns on when it should...just that the car runs a little "warm" ALL the time...it seems that with an 82 degree thermostat it should not be that "high"...but if the temp of the car increases to a point that i notice it after coasting less than a half mile down a hill....is tehre somthing wrong there?

Does this sound like it is the radiator it self...like its clogged or too many fins are missing etc.
