It's been a long time since I had my 9K but Did you replace the Thermostat? If so it needs the Saab Vent hole in it and If you didn't replace it, maybe a new one would be a good investment. That's on the long side with more work and $$ but it's possible that you just have air lock in the system, It should eventually work it's way through and the heat will start to show up. Mine was a cold bugger from day one and then I put a hotter thermostat in it (made the whole engine run hotter) but the heat was really nice on those winter days. CW
