Redo the entire Mess.. Option #3.
Mandatory that Slave is done with clutch.. it's a trans out job.
Master cylinders are usually the v first suspect in a failed clutch control problem.. so much so that even the local Dealer keeps Master seal kits "in Stock" at all times.. I know this cuz I just resealked mine Yesterday :-), it is Clever/prudent to reseal the Master with each clutch change (it's too cheap not to) but in Truth this is only a hour's job total and can be done at any time.
You may not want to hear this but the Trans should have it's input shaft bearings replaced.. and the infamous mainsahft circlip as well.
This however really ups the Ante.. but 'lots' cheaper than doing it piecemeal (the usual method).
Depends entirely on how long you wanna keep your car and how uneventfull you want your ownership period to be ;-)
