but not the Aero rear muffler, just the regular rear muffler with a 3" round tip.

I also got it from Scanwest. I was also told I got a good deal by Scanwest as someone apparently ordered the system but didn't take delivery. At that time, I got the entire cat back system for $900 plus minimal amount for shipping. The one thing I didn't like is the adjustable length section for the flex pipe, it came with a large stainless steel clamp to clamp on two concentric pipe for length adjustment. There was some leak through that section so I took the car to a muffler shop and had the two overlaping section welded together after intallation.

As Aaron said, the thing isn't quiet but does have a nice low rumble to it. I may add that it sounds better to someone on the outside than inside if that is something you want :-) and it does call for attention but not overly so. It is loud inside the car under load but I am very adverse to noises and your noise threshold may differ.

I can hear some low popping noise under deceleration but not as loud as Aaron has experienced but I drive with windows up almost all the time. I still have the stock cat and downpipe so that may explain the difference.

You do get better engine response with the system and that's your tradeoff between noise and power/torque.
