Have you tried cleaning the throttle body around the butterfly with carb cleaner? This usually cures the stalling problem. The valve in the AIC valve may also suffer from excessive carbon (or even oil) build up and may need cleaning as well. Adjusting your dashpot to hold the throttle open a bit longer on decelleration may help as well. As far as I know, the AIC is triggered by the switch (the name of which escapes me at the moment) on the TB at idle conditions. You may want to check it as well. Hope that helps.
