You won't save much by doing the head gasket and timing/balance chains now instead of later, so put it off if you like. Both can last forever if you are fortunate, less so if you are not. Are you sure the head gasket is leaking? Often the valve cover will leak such that it looks like the head gasket. You might also want to check the torque (NOT loosen and retorque) on the head bolts. I THINK that '95 is the year they switched over to the new style bolts, one of which is prone to loosening causing a slight oil leak. You should confirm this though. Be sure not to over do it on the torque. The timing/balance chains can become an issue, but are quite expensive labor wise to deal with. Unless you hear a noise from the area you should be fine.
Might be worth while to pull the valve cover to examine timing chain stretch and to see if the oil leak is valve cover gasket or head gasket related.
