thans for the info..I'll take note of that in the future. I'm not sure how much the work will be, as I had the tow truck drop it off after hours. all I know is that I'm getting charged dealer price for the pully, which will be $60CDN. THe belt I assume will be the same price. I hope the labour will not be that much. I tried Swedish Auto Sport (not sure if that is the right name it's on 1st Ave), but basically was hooked up to Landsdown through the BCAA lady, as it was approaching 6PM and everybody was closing, and I was on the side of the highway without a phone book, AND I had to get a ferry last night.

what a day. oh well, add that to the list of stories to tell. It definately could have been worse...like breaking down on the Coquilhalla. COuld you imagine getting towed by that outfit on the side of the highway? It would probably be cheaper to hire a tow truck from Merritt or Hope that to get it towed to that nasty establishment.
