My 1995 Aero is still somewhat new to me (bought over the summer) and I'm continually finding little things that mystify me. The owner's manual is one of the less informative ones I've encountered in my driving life and the repair manual doesn't address these kinds of rather silly questions. Can anyone help clarify:
-When you reconfigure the back seats to open up the trunk space, the seats do not go down flat and lock into place. They rest at perhaps a 40 degree angle. Is this how it's supposed to be, or am I missing something?
-My rear speakers seem to be blown. Pity, since I got real excited when I read about the fancy shmancy stereo system this car had. Must I take this problem to a Saab dealer, or can any good car audio place fix it for me?
-More technical ques. about ignition. The previous owner had told me he'd replaced some of the DI stuff fairly recently (what "stuff", I don't know, sorry). Shortly after I got the car the ignition switch went, which I had replaced without a problem. However, now when I turn the key, it feels like it needs to turn over for a few seconds longer than it should before the car starts up. Should I have this checked out?? I'm imagining that thanks to the DI and the new switch, we shouldn't be having problems starting. (Note that the car has 123K miles on it.) Thanks friends!

PS. I had posted a few months ago about this same car not passing inspection. It wasn't the spark plugs, as a lot of people had helpfully suggested: it was the catalytic converter. We passed on the second try. *sigh of relief*
