Driver's door won't unlock

It looks like my driver's door lock is broken. I locked it with the key from the outside on Saturday night, and ever since, it won't unlock. Working the key in the door will unlock and lock the other three doors, but not the driver's door. Same with the power lock switch. When I do work the lock with the switch or key, the little tab moves just a bit. Pulling up on the little lock tab also doesn't work.

I've read a bunch of other posts about similar problems, and some mentioned a recess behind the mirror switch where you could stick a blade and release the latch. So, I pulled off the door handle plastic surround, and started pushing various things in all the holes. Nothing seemed to happen.

Any ideas? Climbing out through the passenger side is starting to get old.
