I decided to replace my mounts with one hydraulic mount in back and one solid in front, I wanted to see which would fail first. I know that people say that the solid vibrates more, but I can't remember how it felt without bad mounts, so I enjoy how smoothe the idle is now that they are both fresh. I think you should do the same so in time we will have hard evidence on which outlasts the other since I believe this is really what people want the solid mount for. Plus it will save you at least $50 if bought thru eEuroparts.
Happy motor mount replacing~
