Oil in intake side of turbo - 94 Aero, questions

I noticed the other day that it was a little more difficult to boost into the red in my Aero. It seemed like I had to "jump on it" a little harder to get the same boost out of the car that I did prior. Yesterday I was looking around for leaks and such and found a few big drops of oil in the intake side of my turbo. I havent noticed any smoking, and other than the "weaker" turbo, everything seems fine. My question is: could this mean that my turbo is going? could this be the source of a weaker turbo? I have a k&n in the fender and a JT dp.
