Hi,
It seems that there are 2 problems here:
1) Your fan, which seems to **run** but only on HIGH.
2) No heat.
I think that 1) is NOT is a problem for right now, I mean you would have the fan on HIGH anyways.
This leaves us with 2) The problem here is with the flap arm, that controls the air mixtures of heated air and outside air, temperature, is not working. You need check the arm by removing the false bulk head cover which located at the base of the windshield, and look at the arm. Is it still attached to actuator (thick) wire? Is the arm broken?
If the arm is not attached, attach it. If the arm is broken you, push/pull the stump so that the vents start blowing heat. If the arm is broken but there is consirable meat left, you may buy a kit from the dealer which is a metal sleeve that will go over the stump and attach to the wire, if there is no meat you have to remove the housing (big PITA).
There is considerable amount of post on this subject, and a great explanation and the kit part number listing by Ari. Search for "Flap"
