IMHO small vacume leaks can cause some idle speed problems. I don't see them causing a not start or stall on a LH 2.4 as none of the sensors are vacume based. Next time it stalls or won't start look at the tach. If its still up (at speed) or bouncing (at start) you have a secondary electrical problem most likely (Ignition amp, cap/rotor) My fuel problems (pump/relay type stuff) have shown up more as poor performance/hard start (but it will)/poor gas mileage and then die all the way. Again, from what happened to me I'd guess ignition amp. It was weird, temperature did not mater, how long the car ran did not mater, how long to restart was random. Rain/dry made no difference. I'm lucky to have a parts car, so I swapped and the problem went away. Course, now I don't have a spare amp, but that's for another day.
