in the stalk like my 93's. It goes to the wide Hi/Lo Control relay in the battery box relay/fuse box. Input blade of the H/L relay is the S terminal and is a red/white wire. The H/L relay does all the power switching and the momentary grounding just does a change of state logic flip in the DIP IC control in the relay. You might have to take off the cover of the relay and test where your power doesn't make it thru which contacts in there. 2 relays in there: a SPST and a DPDT.
