You're very welcome. There is also another vacuume line that runs from the turbo to your dash board and the APC. I was screwing around with it one day and it popped off while I was driving and I went from holding 15psi to holding 8. I highly doubt that's why you're running base boost, but if all else fails check the vac lines. You also could look into replacing your Fuel Pressure Regulator, but those almost never just quit. You would hear and feel a lot more symptoms in which would point to it. Good Luck
