Screeching on start and a few other minor annoyances

When I start my '93 9000CSE n/a, there's a pretty nasty screeching sound that occurs, usually regardless of whether it's a cold start or not. I made some markings on the crank pulley and checked them after a few screechy starts and they weren't out of line. The movement of the other pullies was normal as well. There is some oil that appears to be leaking onto the belt maybe causing it to slip a little, so could that be causing the noise? The oil leak itself is tiny; the level doesn't drop appreciably but I'd like to get to the bottom of it eventually. Has anyone had luck with the Bar's Leaks oil stuff?

Another problem is my left front foglight. When I switch them on it doesn't work sometimes, but turns right back on if I give the lens a light kick. This temporary fix works for a little while but it eventually stops working again (probably after I hit a big bump). I'm guessing it's some loose contact in the housing itself since I can kick it back on, but how do I get to the insides of the foglight?

Finally, the cruise control doesn't always work. When I flip the switch, the light always comes on but it doesn't always respond to me setting it. Anyone ever experienced this?
