...and you'll find tons of info. There's actually a posting about this job just a few strings down on this BB.
In general:
-- Lower sprockets for both chains (on crankshaft)
-- Both chains. I used the endless chains rather than those with master link
-- Both tensioners
-- All guides (including timing chain guide in valve cover)
-- Crank (front) main seal
-- Oil pump o-ring
-- Water pump o-rings (you'll have it off to do this work, so do the new o-rings: the small one from the pipe to the pump that runs across the timing cover, and the larger one from the pump to the block
-- Tube of anaerobic sealant (#518 -- it's red in color. Loctite or identical-spec -- I used the NAPA version of this)
-- Couple cans of brake cleaner
-- New, clean vaseline for priming the oil pump as you reassemble it
-- I ended up replacing the camshaft sprockets, but only because I ordered them by mistake and had them. My originals were fine
-- You shouldn't need to replace any of the other sprockets on the balance shaft chain. They tend to hold up okay, according to others on this site. Mine were fine
-- I also replaced my serpentine belt, pulleys and tensioner, since I had all the old, worn-out parts off, anyway
-- I also recommend taking off the head and doing a new head gasket at this time. Many on this board will disagree with me, but getting that timing cover back on without damaging the head gasket can be tough for a first-timer
Others may add or subtract from this list, and I'm sure I've probably forgotten a thing or three.
Good Luck!
