'88 is by far the hardest. The intake manifold and throttle body are in the way, especially the throttle body. '91 and '95 are very similar. I think the hardest part is getting the blower housing out without breaking it. Take your time on this part. IIRC, there is a plastic clip on each side that holds the blower housing to the firewall. Don't break them as I did. Getting the motor out of the housing is also difficult. I split the housing and placed the half with the motor over some 2x4's, with a gap in the middle for the motor and a cloth underneath to soften its landing. Then I put a narrow punch through the hold that the screw goes through into the motor (screw removed), and whacked it with a hammer. The motor slid straight out. The hole is larger as a result, but I just added a washer under the screw when I reassembled it.
Also, be careful of the foam baffles (flat rectangular, two of them) in the blower housing when you re-install. Very easy to mash these, and they're expensive. When I did the '88, they were already falling apart, and I finished them off.
Total time 4 hours. Get some thick pads to put on top of the valve cover to kneel on, one over the battery as well. You don't need to remove the hood, as recommended in the Haynes manual. Good luck.
